Green Apple salad
INDREDRIENTS
Green Apple - Chopped
Onion – Chopped
Capsicum – chopped
Coriander leaves
Curd
Salt to taste
Preparation
Mix very well the chopped green apple, onion and capsicum with the coriander leaves and salt.
Add the curd into the salad. And serve chilled
Pomegranate salad ( Anar salad – gives your salad a beautiful pink colour )

Preparation
Mix the pomegranate seeds, chopped onion, chopped coriander leaves and salt.
Add the curd to the salad and serve chilled.
Tomato Salad ( An easy recipe of a simple small quantity salad which can be prepared within no time, but it can substitute the greatest dishes and hence add taste to your lunch )

Chopped tomatoes
Chopped shallots ( Small onion)
Chopped green chilly
Salt to taste
Chopped ginger
Coconut oil
Preparation
Mix very well the chopped tomatoes, chopped small onion, chopped green chilly, chopped ginger and leave aside
Just before serving add salt and coconut oil and mix really well. Have it with steaming hot rice.

Chopped cucumber
Chopped carrots
Chopped green chilly
Salt to taste
Curd
Chat masala
Preparation
Mix the chopped onion, cucumber, carrots, and green chilly together very well.
Add curd and salt to taste
Add a pinch chat masala to make a difference.
